Houghton High School senior Blaire Zenner is a very talented three sport athlete for the Gremlins. Come the 2013-14 school year, Zenner will be focusing on just one sport- and it will be at the next level.
Zenner signed her National Letter of Intent on Thursday to play volleyball at Northern Michigan University.
“They have a great program not only for volleyball but academically too,” said Zenner.
“There were a couple of other schools, but NMU really stuck out for both of their programs- volleyball and school.”
Zenner is one of six freshmen that will join the Wildcats volleyball program in August.
She was a main part of the Gremlins success on the volleyball court the past two seasons, led by head coach John Christianson.
