Bath Salts suspect found guilty

A four-day Federal Bath Salts Trial in U.S. District Court has come to an end.

The jury reached a verdict late last night, finding 56-year-old Scott Bernard Will guilty of all five felony charges. Those charges include distributing, possessing, and conspiring to distribute a synthetic drug commonly referred to as bath salts.

Each offense carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, and has the potential to be stacked instead of running concurrently.

Sentencing for Will has been scheduled for May 14th of next year.
