DETROIT — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is looking for a few good photographers.

Their Detroit District is holding a contest to find the best photos of Corps-related projects on the Great Lakes, which include areas like the Soo Locks and the Duluth Ship Canal. The twelve best photos will be included in a downloadable calendar, and the top three will receive a plaque with their winning photo.

The Corps will be accepting entries between May 2nd and May 15th, and public voting will take place on Facebook through the end of May. For a link to complete rules for the contest, click here.
