Alzheimer's Tribute Video in Film Festival

An Upper Michigan film maker is in the running for an award at the Neuro Film Festival. Lisa Cerasoli is a long–time advocate of getting the Alzheimer’s message out.

She asked other people in the U.P. to contribute photos and memories of loved ones lost to the disease. Lisa took those contributions and turned them into a mini–documentary of a mere five minutes that pays tribute to the families and provides information on the disease that robs people of their memory.

The piece points out the non–discriminatory nature of the disease: it affects all races, a variety of ages and both genders. It’s called “Truth”.

You can see the piece on YouTube and can get to it through our Facebook page. You can sign up and vote for it now at the American Academy of Neurology Nero Film festival site. Voting is available online at http://patients.aan.com/go/about/neurofilmfestival.
