Accidental shooting leads to two arrests in Iron Mountain
IRON MOUNTAIN — Two Dickinson County residents are behind bars on marijuana and firearms charges after a Saturday shooting incident in Iron Mountain.
Anthony Warner, 25, and Tiffany Ness, 22, were arrested by the Iron Mountain Police Department. They are both charged with delivery/manufacture of marijuana and felony firearms. Warner is also charged with reckless use of a firearm and as a habitual offender.
Warner unintentionally shot himself in the hand Saturday at a residence on East B Street. Officers observed criminal activity while on scene.
The suspects are scheduled to appear in Dickinson County District Court November 19 for preliminary exams.
