MEMPHIS — The day–to–day operations at two Upper Peninsula mills will not be effected as officials work to restructure the company.
Verso Corporation received a green light from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware to continue normal business practices while the company works on its reorganizing plan.
Back in January, Verso announced they were filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in order to position the company for long–term success. Verso operates mills in both Escanaba and Quinnesec.
