School Board announces vacancy

GWINN — The Gwinn Area Community Schools Board of Education is looking for a new board member.

Bill Nordeen resigned from his spot on the board at Monday night’s meeting. The board now has 30 days to fill his seat.

The appointed board member will have to run in the next school election to fill the remaining two years left on the six–year term. If you’re interested in applying for the seat, you must submit a letter of interest to the board at the address below.
