Fire breaks out in garage

NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP — At the corner of U.S.-41 and Industrial Park Drive in Negaunee Township a fire broke out early this afternoon. The scene of the fire was Midway Rentals and Sales, a construction equipment supplier whose garage was set ablaze.

Firefighters and other responders were called to the scene from Marquette Township, Negaunee Township, Negaunee City and Marquette County Rescue 131.
